Mobile (Flutter) / Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Flutter Mobile Developer to join our growing tech team. As a Front-End Mobile Software Developer, you will:

• Build and maintain our Flutter-based mobile app to deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Develop and enhance new features, adhering to high-quality coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with external contractors to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions, often leading on projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the app.
• Contribute to technical decisions and improvements, driving innovation in app architecture and development practices.

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Bloc.
• Experience with integrating APIs using packages like Dio or similar tools.
• A solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and platform-specific differences.
• Problem Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with the team.
• Self starting: Able to analyse and support the CTO strategic direction and contribute to roadmap plans and priority discussions.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with PHP and Laravel is a big plus.
• Experience working with Firebase (e.g., Firebase Messaging, Firebase Analytics) is highly desirable.
