Job Location: Kharkhoda, Haryana Job Title: Shift Incharge - Assembly Job Role: Vehicle assembly operations, Shop floor management, Lean manufacturing, Process planning as per cycle Time & cycle time optimization, Productivity improvement, Production ramp up planning, 4M change management, Manpower handling, IR issue resolution Reporting To: Shop Manager Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. Or BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.): Microsoft office knowledge Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: B.Tech - 2 to 7 years Diploma - 10 to 15 years Job Responsibilities • Leading shop floor team of supervisors for production & quality functions • Handling production operation in Assembly shop • Meet daily targets of production, quality & safety. • Responsible for carrying periodic checks & audits of production and quality systems. • Responsible for driving cost saving initiatives for continuous improvements. • Cycle time validation & optimization, Layout study & optimization, process balancing. • Validation of processes in work cells/stations, Quality checks as per standards • Documentations - Process Standardization, Check sheet Updation etc. • Effective collaboration with other teams to ensure efficient operations • Responsible for handling internal IR issues, discussion with Unions etc. • Proper communication to down the line manpower • Discussion for work environment improvements • Proper reporting to seniors for any abnormality Competencies / Skills 1)Functional/Technical: '• Knowledge of assembly process & process Planning, layout optimization, Cycle time Study, feasibility Study • Hands on Experience on ISO 9001, ISO 18001, OHSAS 45001 • Process flow study, PFMEA, WIS, HIRA • Production Loss analysis, rejection cost analysis, cost of quality analysis, quality issue resolution. • 5S,3G and 3K Practices 2)Behavioral: • Target oriented, Good Analytical Skills, Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills, Team player with Networking skills etc. • Have an inclination to go into details of each task at hand, have exposure to 5 why, 3G, 3K analysis. • Microsoft office
