The summer interns will be working in different areas (Marketing & Sales, Parts & Logistics, Digital Enterprise, IT, Business Transformation, HR etc.) on defined projects under the mentorship of senior management. Indicative projects in different functions: Marketing & Sales - EV buyer profile study, Media consumption habits of car buyers, Mystery shopping for SUVs, Role of social media & influencers in purchase decisions Parts & Logistics – MSGP retail process upgrade, Reducing customer waiting cycle, Brand recall & feasibility of brand ambassador, Website data enrichment & benchmarking Digital Enterprise - AI for startup screening, Integrated Customer & Data Platforms, RPA implementation, Micromobility adoption strategy IT – ServiceNow branding & ROI model, RMS mobile app development, Enovia project management tool implementation, Flexi seating allocation project HR –HR shared services & onboarding review, Talent acquisition benchmarking, Employee engagement initiatives, Flexi manpower model benchmarking Based on the assessment of the projects, the candidate will have the opportunity to be offered a PPI (Pre-placement interview) which could be converted into a PPO (Pre-placement Offer) based on individual performance and panel assessment. Eligibility criteria: The candidate should maintain a CGPA of 6.5 or 65% equivalent (no rounding off marks is allowed for eg. 64.7 is not equivalent to 65) through his/her education qualification with no pending backlogs. There is a percentage relaxation in MBA CGPA/percentage, the candidate should have a minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA. The candidate should not be color blind and should maintain a BMI of normal range from 18 to 30. The candidate should arrange the following documents at the time of joining – Driving License, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport Only FULL time and regular education (10th/12th/Diploma/B.Tech/MBA) is acceptable Internship Details : Designation: MBA Intern Location: Gurgaon / Manesar / Rohtak/ Delhi HO or other any other location PAN India on business need Duration: 2 months (Tentatively April ~ June 2026) Selection Process: CV shortlisting Online Test Personal Interview Stipend paid during internship – Rs. 50,000 per month.
