We're looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects, maintain seamless communication between teams, and ensure timely delivery of creative content to our clients.
What will you do in this role?
- Coordinate between creative teams, account managers, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain and update project management tools to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Create and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
- Assist in resource allocation and team scheduling for various client projects.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client onboarding and project documentation.
What will you require to qualify for this role?
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are a must
- Basic understanding of creative agency processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple clients.
- Experience in handling spreadsheets and creating process documents.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

- We work in our office between 10:30 to 7:30 pm.
- Post 3 month internship this opportunity can be converted into full-time.
