Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Designer at Martian. The Senior Product Designer wIll be responsible for leading visual design, Implementing design thinking, conducting user research, product design, and UX research to enhance the user experience of Martian's platforms and products.

Qualifications

1. Experience in Product Design, Fintech/Crypto company preferred otherwise, any product based company works
2. Strong portfolio showcasing design achievements
3. Experience working in fintech or cryptocurrency is a plus
4. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
5. IIT background is a plus
