Role Description
This is a role for a MarTech & Tracking Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing technology tools, tracking analytics and campaign performance, and ensuring seamless data integration across platforms. Key tasks include setting up and managing tracking tools, marketing automation, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both written & spoken English
- Experience and interest in vibe-coding
- Experience in digital marketing technologies and tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis, campaign tracking, reporting, and familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other relevant coding languages for tracking implementation is a huge plus
- Understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA regarding data collection and usage
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote and flexible environment
- Prior experience in the MarTech industry is a strong advantage
What you’ll work on
I. Tracking & Measurement
- Implement and debug GTM setups (web)
- Configure GA4 events, parameters, and conversions
- Handle cross-domain and funnel tracking
- Diagnose discrepancies across GA4, Google Ads, CRM
II. Integrations
- Connect tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM systems
- Pass identifiers like Client ID, UTMs, GCLID
- Ensure data flows reflect real business journeys
III. Automation
- Build workflows using Zapier, Make, APIs
- Reduce manual reporting and repetitive tasks
IV. Documentation
- Create clear tracking documentation
- Make systems understandable for non-technical teams
What we’re looking for
- Core requirements (2–3+ years preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, knowledge of GA4 (events, debugging, structure)
- Ability to debug using browser tools and network requests
- Working knowledge of JavaScript (reading and small edits)
- Experience working with marketing platforms (Google Ads, CRMs)
Bonus
- Server-side tracking experience
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- Consent Mode / GDPR awareness
- Experience with APIs and data mapping
