About the JobAs a Senior Marketing Delivery Lead, you will be a technical anchor on our Marketing Execution team. You will leverage advanced analytics and coding skills to design, build, and manage targeted audiences for high-impact, omni-channel campaigns across multiple integrated platforms. A critical component of this role is the operationalization of AI Decisioning Platforms to move beyond static rules and toward real-time, "next-best-action" customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Multi-Platform Audience Construction: Majorly responsible for building, managing, and synchronizing complex audience segments across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and peripheral marketing technologies.
- AI Decisioning Implementation: Utilize AI decisioning frameworks to automate "segment-of-one" personalization, optimizing the content, channel, and timing for every individual interaction.
- Data Orchestration: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring a unified customer view and high data integrity.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with product and analytics teams to define audience criteria and leverage AI-driven insights for campaign optimization.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline audience management through low-code tools and automated workflows, reducing manual maintenance.
- Governance & Compliance: Uphold strict data privacy regulations and internal policies through robust lifecycle management and decisioning governance.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience & Technical skills: 3+ years of experience in SQL coding and database management.
- Proven track record of building complex audiences across multiple platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform etc.).
- Familiarity with AI Decisioning Platforms (e.g.Sapiens Decision, Pega, FICO, or similar "Next Best Action" engines)
- Experience in an Agile environment and highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services) is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to design complex decision logic under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical/functional best practices.
