Roles and Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver large integrated MarTech deals across personalization, marketing, and commerce domains
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance MarTech architectures integrating CRM, CDP, analytics, CMS, and data platforms
- Partner with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to define end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business goals
- Lead implementation and configuration of Adobe Experience Cloud components ensuring operational readiness
- Design APIs and data pipelines for seamless integration across CRM, data warehouses, and marketing tools
- Ensure unified customer data flow across systems through strong integration architecture
- Evaluate emerging MarTech technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture
- Establish architectural standards, documentation practices, and governance frameworks
- Mentor developers, analysts, and marketing technologists across teams
- Drive innovation and continuous optimization across the MarTech ecosystem
Skills Required:
- 14-20 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on solution architecture
- Proven experience in MarTech, Digital Experience Platforms, or enterprise marketing solutions
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud components including AEM and Adobe Target
- Strong understanding of API design and integration architecture
- Experience designing microservices-based and cloud-native architectures
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed system design
- Experience integrating CRM, CDP, analytics, CMS, and marketing automation systems
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM (preferred)
- Strong architectural governance, documentation, and best practice implementation experience
- Experience in leading cross-functional technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and solution consulting skills in client-facing environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
