Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Intelligence Platform (MIP) & Martech Platform Integration
- Facilitating the integration and activation of the Lemnisk Customer Data Platform with multiple systems, including the Adobe stack, call center dialers, and Microsoft CRM tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow, API integrations, and event tracking by coordinating with Lemnisk’s MIP product and implementation teams.
2. Campaign Execution
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns in MIP across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and OBD (Outbound Dialing).
- Build customer journeys, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing flows, and enable real-time personalization using MIP and downstream channels.
3. Data Management & Customer Insights
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (Lemnisk) to manage customer data models, lead scoring models, segmentation, and identity resolution.
- Generate actionable insights for customer acquisition, retention and engagement, cross-sell / upsell, marketing attribution, and campaign performance analysis.
4. Experimentation & Optimization
- Engage with the client teams to execute use cases for website personalization, retargeting strategies, and buying journey optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, analytics, consulting, online advertising, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the digital industry.
- Prior experience in handling digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS based company is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Has the ability to analyze large volumes of data and come up with deep insights.
- Has an appreciation of technology and its ability to create value in the marketing domain.
- Must have good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Training & Development
- The resource will work on the client location in Mumbai.
- The resource will be trained on Lemnisk MIP and it’s integrations with client systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Adobe stack, architecture, data structures, and life insurance industry best practices.
- The resource will undergo training with Lemnisk and will be stationed at the client's location in Mumbai.
- The resource will participate in regular MIP-Lemnisk knowledge-sharing workshops.
- All work performed by the resource will be routed through Lemnisk and executed in coordination with Lemnisk teams.
- The client will train the resource on business processes, stakeholder mapping, brand guidelines, and other client-specific requirements.
