Job Title: MarTech Engineer

Time Zone: Must overlap with US working hours

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on MarTech Engineer to help build and scale the growth technology foundation behind our digital acquisition and conversion journeys.
This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Marketing. You’ll be responsible for implementing and improving the systems that power:
● Landing page and funnel tracking
● Attribution and campaign measurement
● Conversion analytics
● Experimentation / A/B testing
● Marketing tool integrations
● Growth data reliability
This is not a campaign execution role. We’re looking for someone who can build, instrument, debug, and optimize the technical side of growth.
What You’ll Do
● Implement and maintain tracking and analytics instrumentation across acquisition and conversion flows
● Own event setup and validation across tools like:
○ GTM
○ GA4
○ Mixpanel
○ PostHog
○ Segment
● Build and improve landing pages, funnel tracking, and conversion journeys
● Ensure campaign data, attribution, and UTM tracking are captured correctly end-to-end
● Support A/B testing and growth experiments
● Debug broken tracking, duplicate events, attribution gaps, and funnel blind spots
● Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and external partners
● Help establish scalable standards for event naming, QA, and martech governance
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
● Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
● Good hands-on experience with React / Next.js
● Strong practical experience with:
○ Google Tag Manager (GTM)
○ GA4 ○ Mixpanel
○ PostHog
○ Segment
● Experience implementing:
○ event tracking
○ funnel tracking
○ conversion tracking
○ attribution / UTM capture
○ marketing pixels / tags
● Strong debugging skills using:
○ browser dev tools
○ network inspection
○ analytics validation tools
● Comfortable working directly in production-grade web applications
Good to Have
● Node.js / backend exposure
● Experience with server-side tracking
● Familiarity with A/B testing tools / experimentation
● Exposure to healthcare, telehealth, or regulated products
● Understanding of growth metrics like:
○ CVR
○ CAC
○ LTV
○ ROAS
● Familiarity with privacy-aware / compliance-conscious tracking practices
