We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation & MarTech Specialist. who can independently own and execute across the full spectrum of marketing technology. This is an individual contributor role, you will be expected to think strategically, build with precision, and deliver results without heavy oversight.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of practical, in-the-trenches experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and data-driven campaign execution.
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Campaigns
- Design, build, and independently manage automated workflows including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, onboarding sequences, and re-engagement programs.
- Own end-to-end email campaign execution from list segmentation and A/B testing to deployment and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain lead scoring models that surface high-intent prospects.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle from initial capture through to conversion, ensuring clean handoffs between marketing and sales via CRM integration.
MarTech Stack & Integrations
- Take ownership of the day-to-day administration and health of the MarTech stack (e.g.) HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zapier or equivalents).
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools that improve campaign efficiency and team productivity.
- Configure and maintain deep integrations between the CRM, Marketing Automation, Platform (MAP), and third-party systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to data syncing, tracking pixels, and API, connections independently.
Data, Analytics & Compliance
- Maintain database hygiene and ensure all practices are compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Build and sustain real-time marketing dashboards to monitor campaign performance, funnel health, and attribution.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and proactively recommend optimizations.
- Implement and manage UTM frameworks and Google Tag Manager events to ensure accurate cross-channel attribution.
Technical Execution
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize lead capture forms and landing page conversion rates.
- Apply HTML/CSS skills to customize email templates and landing pages for brand consistency and mobile responsiveness.
- Configure and manage API connections and middleware tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat) to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Marketing Automation or MarTech-focused role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one major Marketing Automation Platform: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho Marketing Plus, or Eloqua.
- Practical experience with a leading CRM platform (Salesforce or Zoho CRM strongly preferred).
- Solid understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to work independently own a requirement from brief to execution without hand-holding.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
Good to Have
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Marketo certifications.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or Reverse ETL tools.
- SQL proficiency for direct data querying.
AI Integration & Emerging Technology
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows such as AI-powered content generation, predictive lead scoring, or intelligent campaign personalisation.
- Familiarity with AI-native MarTech tools or platforms leveraging LLMs for automation, audience segmentation (e.g., Jasper, Drift, 6sense, or similar).
- Ability to evaluate and responsibly adopt AI capabilities to improve output quality, reduce manual effort, and enhance campaign intelligence.
Success Measures
- Growth in Marketing Qualified Leads generated through automated channels.
- Reduction in average time-to-close for leads entering through automated flows.
- Successful integration and demonstrated ROI of MarTech tools.
- Reliable multi-touch campaign attribution reporting across all channels.
