Join our Technology Readiness and Change Enablement Centre of Expertise (COE) at Marsh Technology, which has a clear objective of increasing the speed and value of software development delivery throughout the organization. The COE plays a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of IT technology, including Cloud, Generative AI, and engineering excellence, through communication, training and change management.

The Role & Your Mission:
As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will co-drive organizational readiness, acceptance, and adoption of LenAI suite of tools, our internal AI Assistant. You will connect with the broader Marsh community and help evangelize LenAI and build use cases through effective planning, stakeholder management, communication, and training.
You will develop and deliver customized training programs, create change plan to promote AI adoption, and lead virtual and in-person training sessions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content such as e-learnings and videos.
You will also track and monitor relevant data and metrics to support our mission. This is a great opportunity to empower teams across our organization. In this role, you’ll report to the AI Adoption Lead within the Technology Readiness and Change Enablement COE.
Develop and maintain core curricula and customized training, by partnering with internal subject matter experts to identify business goals and target audience’s learning needs, and/or analyzing existing training material.
Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns, primarily videos and engaging posts to Engage, to promote AI initiatives and increase adoption across the organization.
Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and demos to educate employees on GenAI capabilities and best practices.
Develop, execute, and monitor change management plans and effective communication strategies to ensure the adoption of new standards, processes, and tools related to LenAI.
Conduct analysis on change impacts on the business and identify training needs.
Monitor, analyze, and report on adoption effectiveness and LenAI adoption using data; build dashboards/insights, identify trends and gaps, and translate findings into improvements to content, comms, and enablement.
Co-manage MMC Tech Learning Portal, the training delivery platform, and leverage learning data extracted from Workday, MMC Learning Management System (LMS), for training efficacy measurement.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of working experience in corporate technical training.
Strong stakeholder management and learning project management experience.
Proficient with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Excel, PowerBI, and Articulate for creating engaging content.
Proven working experience in training design, technology, implementation, and measurement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player.
Technical proficiency with AI tools, platforms, and related software is a plus.
