Position: Brand Manager

Role Overview: The Brand Manager at MARSCAPE will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the brand identity for clients. As a 1-year or more experienced professional, you will be expected to independently manage projects, work closely with our creative team, and ensure that branding projects are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
● Brand Strategy Development: Create comprehensive branding strategies that align with client goals. This includes defining brand positioning, target audience, and key messaging.
● Brand Identity Management: Lead the process of creating and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all client touchpoints (logos, color palettes, typography, etc.).
● Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
● Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to inform brand strategies.
● Brand Campaigns: Lead and oversee brand campaigns, including concept creation, content production, and execution across various media.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal creative team (graphic designers, content creators, etc.) to bring brand strategies to life.
● Results Analysis: Measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns and adjust based on insights and data.
Skills and Qualifications:
● At least 1 year of experience in branding or marketing, preferably with startups or small businesses.
● Strong understanding of brand identity and positioning.
● Experience in developing branding strategies and campaigns.
● Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
● Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
● Creative and strategic thinking, with a passion for developing innovative ideas.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
