As our Special Projects Lead, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Chief of Staff, supporting high-priority initiatives across the company. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff and work closely with leaders across Growth, Operations, Creative, and Finance to drive execution on critical projects.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically and execute at a high level. You will lead projects end-to-end, from defining the problem through execution, while bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring work is delivered with speed and quality.
What You’ll Do
Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through execution and delivery
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear plans, timelines, and actionable workstreams
Drive alignment across teams by establishing clear ownership, accountability, and progress against key priorities
Partner closely with team leads to move initiatives forward and remove blockers to execution
Identify gaps in processes and workflows, and design solutions that improve efficiency and scalability
Support the Chief of Staff in managing key initiatives, tracking progress, and maintaining visibility across leadership
Synthesize complex information into clear updates, insights, and recommendations for leadership
Identify and implement opportunities to improve execution through better systems, tooling, and use of AI
Must-Have Requirements
3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, project management, or a high-growth environment
Proven experience leading projects end-to-end with clear ownership and accountability
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and drive ambiguous work independently
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and present clearly to leadership
High attention to detail, with strong follow-through and execution discipline
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience building or improving systems, processes, or workflows to drive better execution
