Senior Engineering Manager - Fullstack

The Senior Engineering Manager - Fullstack will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to deliver complex, high-impact projects that drive the success of our technology initiatives. You will work closely with product and design teams to define the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor a team of fullstack engineers, providing technical guidance and driving their professional development - Collaborate with product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards - Establish and maintain engineering processes, tooling, and infrastructure to optimize team productivity and collaboration - Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including agile methodologies, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps principles - Champion a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences Requirements: - 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of leading and managing high-performing engineering teams - Proficient in fullstack web development, with expertise in technologies such as React, Node.js, and databases - Proven ability to architect and deliver complex, scalable, and maintainable software systems - Experience in agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and devise effective solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive team culture
