This position is responsible for growing the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) business across US/CAN markets. The role will be responsible for setting go-to-market strategy and leading a team of Business Development Managers through the process of prospecting, qualifying, selling, and vetting property management companies to partner with HVMB. To accomplish this, the role will be responsible for setting goals and managing team performance to achieve them. Success in the position requires working at a fast pace and the ability to help the team problem solve so that property management companies can be onboarded in order meet team unit goals and contribute to the wider team’s goals.
Education & Experience Required

4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management (or equivalent international degree) and 5+ years’ experience in the business development, sales, management operations, or related professional area demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance
