About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Le Méridien Kochi, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include checking guests in and out, handling all guest inquiries and requests, processing payments, and maintaining the front desk area. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
