Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marriage Counselor. The Marriage Counselor will provide professional counseling services to couples, help clients develop communication strategies, mediate conflicts, and foster healthy relationship dynamics. The day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ needs, creating customized therapy plans, leading structured counseling sessions, and providing resources or referrals as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Marriage Counseling, Relationship Counseling, and Conflict Mediation
- Strong skills in Communication, Active Listening, and Empathy
- Ability to develop and implement Therapeutic Plans tailored to individual or couple's needs
- Knowledge of Mental Health Resources, Family Dynamics, and Behavioral Interventions
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, with relevant licensure
- Proficiency with technology for remote counseling and documentation
- Experience in crisis intervention and suicide prevention is a plus
