We offer support through individual therapy, marriage and family counselling, child and adolescent support, and employee wellbeing programs including stress management, emotional wellness, and leadership support.
Rooted in psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and neuropsychological insight, our work focuses on helping people build healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and deeper self-awareness within a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment.
We currently offer both online and in-person sessions across India by appointment.

Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and emotionally attuned Marriage & Family Therapist to join our growing practice. This role involves working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological concerns.
The ideal candidate is someone who values depth-oriented therapeutic work, brings warmth and professionalism into the therapeutic space, and is comfortable working independently while also engaging collaboratively within a supportive clinical environment.
This is primarily a remote role with flexibility for hybrid or in-person sessions where required.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Perform clinical assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans
• Support clients through relational conflicts, emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions
• Maintain accurate, ethical, and confidential clinical documentation
• Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions
• Participate in supervision, case discussions, and ongoing learning initiatives
• Maintain professional standards, boundaries, and ethical therapeutic practice
• Build a safe, empathetic, and culturally sensitive therapeutic environment for clients

Qualifications & Requirements
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counselling Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) or eligibility toward licensure is preferred
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong foundation in relationship counselling, family systems, and psychotherapy
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and emotional attunement skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining timely communication and professionalism
• Experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health concerns is preferred
