Pay: Up to $28 an hour depending on experience and skills


What You’ll Do:

You’re not just setting up trays—you’re setting the tone for an amazing patient experience. Your expanded skills keep the team moving, the patients smiling, and the office running at full speed.

  • Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists
    You’ll be the right hand our clinical team counts on—charting, educating, setting up, andjumping inwherever needed.
  • Manage patient flow to keep appointments efficient and on track
    You’ll keep things moving like a backstage pro, making sure every patient feels like the star of the show.
  • Capture and process X-rays
    Because great diagnostics start with great imaging—andyou’llhave it covered.
  • Enter treatment plans andmaintainaccuratepatient records
    No missing pieces here—you’llhelp keep every plan on track and every file buttoned up.
  • Sterilize equipment andmaintaina clean, organized operatory
    Because sparkling tools and spaces = smooth, safe care (and happy patients).
  • Monitor lab cases and ensureeverything’sready for the next day

  • Deliver positive patient experiences from welcome to goodbye

What You Bring:

You’re experienced, energized, and ready to make an even bigger impact with your expanded skills. You love helping people feel comfortable—and you know how to keep a practice running like a well-oiled (and welcoming) machine.

  • Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certification[state-specific]from an accredited school
  • Previousexperience as a Dental Assistant preferred
  • X-ray certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred (but notrequired)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • A positive, supportive attitude thatliftspatients and teammates alike
  • A commitment to creating exceptional patient experiences every single day
