About the role
Identifying a client s As-Is system and high-level business needs, leading the creation of detailed process flows, user flows and other documentation of requirements in the form of user stories
Identifying, assessing the feasibility of the solution proposed, doing Impact and Gap analysis of the As-Is system and To-Be system.
Lead the requirement workshop for the new To-Be system and based on customer requirements conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder through user flows, wireframes. Reviewing of requirement documents of peers to ensure all the business requirements are captured.
Working with the user experience designers to define the look and feel of the product, review UX designs and wireframes.
Requirements walk-thru to the technical team and DBA s to arrive at the technical architecture and database model
To provide all required inputs to Development and Testing teams to meet customer needs. Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure mutual understanding of business flows, rules, processes, and requirements.
Ensuring all functional scenarios are covered and test cases are properly written and validated in close collaboration with QA team for features. Performed User Acceptance Testing on behalf of the customer to ensure that the user requirements are satisfied and tested.
Conducting meetings with the stakeholders and provide demo before feature release and to ensure important feedback is documented and prioritized based on the business needs.
Analysis of user requirements, performing impact analysis and generating/ helping the team in generating system requirements of the client Support pre-sales activities such as preparing responses to RFIs/ RFPs, conducting product demos, user workshops, etc
Experience in creating FRS URS.
