Colleague Manager - Dublin Area

As a Colleague Manager, you'll have responsibility for a dedicated team, ensuring they're motivated, developed and delivering great customer service every day. You'll be an ambassador for Marks & Spencer, inspiring the team and living our values to make a real difference to our customers' shopping experience. The key responsibilities of this role include: • Leading and developing a motivated team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver great service • Taking responsibility for colleague engagement, including one-to-ones, performance management and annual reviews • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the team provides a premium shopping experience • Driving team sales and store performance, taking action to improve results • Sharing and implementing best practice across the team • Ensuring the store is safe, secure and compliant with all M&S policies and procedures
