We're seeking a Growth Marketer with 2-3 years of experience to join our marketing team preferably from a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing successful inbound marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads for the sales team. Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement data-driven inbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads that convert into sales opportunities.
- SEM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and optimize ROI. This includes managing Google Ads campaigns, keyword research, ad copywriting, and targeting strategies to attract high-quality inbound leads.
- Keyword Research & Bidding: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value terms that align with the target audience's intent. Implement competitive bidding strategies and regularly adjust bids based on campaign performance and budget allocations.
- Campaign Structure & Optimization: Create and maintain a well-organized account structure for campaigns, ad groups, and keywords. Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, refining ad copy, and improving Quality Scores to maximize reach and relevance.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create, test, and optimize landing pages for SEM campaigns. Use A/B testing to evaluate different design elements and ensure alignment with search intent and campaign goals.
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to engage high-intent users and nurture them through the funnel.
- Reporting: Regularly analyze and report SEM campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and CPA.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the SEM budget to ensure effective spending that maximizes ROI.
- Staying Updated on Trends: Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features in platforms like Google Ads and proactively apply best practices to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of generating inbound leads and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e. g., HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Knowledge of AI/ML products and services is a plus.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and A/B testing frameworks.
