Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help us grow, provide top-notch support to our awesome clients, and boost our sales in the region. Ready to join the adventure? Job requirements You've got experience working with clients in an international setting. You're fluent in Marathi and/or Hindi, and your English is top-notch. You can work independently but also love being part of a team. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and always ready to help. You've got a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others. An interest in IT is a big plus! Job responsibilities Be the superhero who provides outstanding support to Markit clients in India and around the globe. Tackle client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases like a pro, ensuring our clients are always happy. Become a master of our sales platform and back-office tools to keep things running smoothly. Communicate like a champ with partners and clients to ensure everything operates seamlessly.
