We are now entering our next chapter: a new brand identity, new packaging, expanded product systems, and growth across India, the US, and Malaysia. We are looking for sharp operators who want to build something distinctive in Indian beauty.
About The Role
We are looking for a Marketplaces Operations Lead to own the day-to-day performance of Amazon (India and US), Nykaa, Flipkart, and our upcoming Quick Commerce expansion (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart). You will manage agency partners, set ACoS targets, build and maintain channel P&L, and drive each marketplace toward profitable growth. You will work closely with the Head of Tech & Marketplaces, the Brand team, the Finance team, and our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon India end-to-end: listings, A+ content, Brand Storefront, ad strategy, stock feed, account health, daily P&L.
- Manage Amazon US operations including agency partner, listings, ads, and partner relationship.
- Own Nykaa: listings, creatives, ad spend, monthly business reviews, and exclusive/event applications.
- Maintain Flipkart account health and listing quality.
- Launch and scale Quick Commerce — Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart — starting in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
- Direct external marketplace agencies: set targets, review performance weekly, hold them accountable.
- Build and maintain a daily channel P&L tracker; share insights with leadership before 11am each day.
- Drive ACoS optimization and overall marketplace EBITDA.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team on stock planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with the Brand team for refreshed creatives, A+ content, and storefront updates aligned to product launches.
- Resolve marketplace compliance issues (GST, account location, FBA fees) in partnership with Finance.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in D2C marketplace operations — beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG categories.
- Demonstrable track record of bringing Amazon ACoS into a healthy range and driving profitable growth.
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Seller Central, A+ Content Manager, Brand Storefront, FBA, and ad campaigns.
- Experience directing external Amazon agencies and holding them accountable to KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills — fluent in Excel, comfortable building P&L trackers and dashboards independently.
- Working knowledge of Nykaa Seller Hub and Flipkart Seller Center.
- Hyderabad-based. Full-time on-site at ALT F co-working space.
Nice to have
- Amazon US (Seller Central or Vendor Central) experience.
- Quick Commerce launch experience (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart).
- Experience at brands such as Mamaearth, Plum, Pilgrim, Wellbeing Nutrition, Foxtale, Minimalist, or Dot & Key.
- Familiarity with marketplace tools (Helium 10, Sellerapp) and AI-assisted listing optimization.
