Marketplaces Operations Lead Position
We are excited to announce an opening for a Marketplaces Operations Lead at our dynamic company based in Hyderabad. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of marketplace operations, particularly on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, the successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our marketplace presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple marketplaces including Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa, and Flipkart.
- Optimize advertisements and product listings to improve ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale) on Amazon.
- Develop strategies for effective inventory and stock planning to ensure optimal levels are maintained without overstocking or stockouts.
- Analyze marketplace performance data to understand P&L impacts and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability.
- Liaise with marketplace support teams to resolve any operational hurdles.
- Explore opportunities in quick commerce channels as part of expansion strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketplace rules, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central operations and ad management.
- Proven expertise in managing Marketplace P&Ls effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with Nykaa & Flipkart operational demands and metrics.
- Experience in inventory management and strategic stock planning.
- Prior exposure to quick commerce platforms preferred but not mandatory.

Job Timing:
This position requires the candidate to work in-office full-time as per standard company hours.
