Role Description
Green Delight Innovations Private Limited is seeking an experienced Marketplace Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of expertise to join the team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves managing the company's presence and sales across various e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing product listings, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with teams for pricing and promotions, monitoring market trends, and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing product listings, cataloging, and optimizing content on e-commerce platforms
- Strong skills in analyzing performance metrics, generating insights, and driving data-driven sales strategies
- Proficiency in marketplace operations such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Understanding of digital marketing practices and online sales promotion
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, analytics platforms, and marketplace-specific tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus
- Experience in handling marketplaces in the personal care or hygiene products industry is an advantage
