We are looking for a Freelance Marketplace Reconciliation & Accounts Specialist for our D2C fragrance brand. The person will be responsible for reconciling marketplace sales, settlements, returns, deductions, claims, and GST/TCS/TDS reports across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile marketplace order-wise sales with settlement reports.
- Check commission, shipping, collection fees, return charges, penalties, ads deductions, and other marketplace deductions.
- Track payment received vs actual sales.
- Identify short payments, wrong deductions, pending receivables, and claim opportunities.
- Reconcile returns, RTO, damaged/lost shipments, and marketplace reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly platform-wise MIS reports.
- Coordinate with our CA/accounting team for GST, TCS, TDS, and monthly book closing.
- Maintain clean Excel/Google Sheet reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketplace reconciliation for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace settlement reports.
- Good understanding of GST, TCS, TDS, and e-commerce accounting.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with CA/accounting team.
- Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands will be preferred.
