About the Role:
We are building modern D2C brands in India across home appliances, pet care, and wellness. We sell primarily on Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit, and are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and inventory flow.
This is a hands-on execution role — ideal for someone who wants to deeply understand how large-scale e-commerce actually runs.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Blinkit
Monitor order flow, cancellations, returns & RTOs
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Inventory Management
Track inventory across warehouses & marketplaces
Plan replenishments and avoid stock-outs / over-stocking
Coordinate FBA/FBF/Quick-commerce dispatches
Maintain inventory trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
Listings & Catalog Support
Assist in SKU creation, catalog updates & content changes
Ensure pricing, stock & offers are accurate
Raise tickets with marketplace support when needed
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports (sales, inventory, returns)
Identify gaps and flag issues proactively
Who Should Apply
0–1 years experience in e-commerce / operations / supply chain
Freshers with internships or strong interest in marketplaces can apply
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of Amazon / Flipkart seller dashboards is a plus
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and willing to learn fast
Good coordination & follow-up skills
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience with FBA / FBF / quick-commerce platforms
Exposure to inventory planning or seller support tickets
Worked in a D2C brand or e-commerce startup
