Job Title: Marketplace Manager (E-commerce & Quick Commerce)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Omnichannel Accounts Manager to manage and scale our presence across leading E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing platform performance, managing relationships, and executing data-driven strategies across all digital sales channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, catalog management, and inventory synchronization.
- Monitor platform health including availability, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
Sales & Growth Strategy
- Drive revenue growth across all e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
- Plan and execute monthly/quarterly growth strategies aligned with business targets.
- Identify opportunities for assortment expansion and category growth.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for platform account managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners.
- Negotiate visibility, placements, and promotional opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (discounts, deals, ads).
- Optimize ad spends on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and in-app promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and launches.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track key KPIs: GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, inventory turnover, etc.
- Analyze platform data to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Align demand forecasting with sales trends.
Competitor & Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends across e-commerce and quick commerce.
- Suggest strategic changes based on market insights.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in managing platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc.
- Understanding of quick commerce and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with seller dashboards and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, or retail brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and digital advertising.
