We’re Hiring: Marketplace Operations Lead | Hyderabad (On-site)
We’re building one of India’s fastest-growing Ayurveda-origin beauty brands with a strong customer community and a rapidly expanding digital commerce presence.
We’re looking for a Marketplace Operations Lead to own and scale our presence across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce channels
- Own listings, ads, A+ content, storefronts, stock planning, and account health
- Drive ACoS optimization and marketplace profitability
- Coordinate with agencies and hold them accountable to KPIs
- Build and maintain channel P&L dashboards and reporting
- Collaborate with Brand, Finance, and Manufacturing teams for growth planning
- Scale Quick Commerce operations across key markets
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in marketplace operations for D2C, beauty, wellness, or FMCG brands
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and marketplace ads
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience managing marketplace agencies and performance targets
- Understanding of Nykaa Seller Hub and Flipkart Seller Center
- High ownership mindset and operational rigor
- Hyderabad-based and comfortable working on-site
Nice to Have
- Amazon US marketplace experience
- Quick Commerce launch experience (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart)
- Experience with marketplace tools like Helium 10 or SellerApp
- Background in beauty or personal care brands
