Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Operations Executive based in Indore. The responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of online marketplaces, optimizing listings, improving product visibility, and ensuring timely product uploads and updates. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and growth in the digital sales channel.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee and streamline marketplace processes effectively
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer or vendor concerns
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in e-commerce platforms or marketplace management is preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales operations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
