About the Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of our online sales operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. The role focuses on driving revenue, improving ROI, and ensuring smooth order-to-delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities
🛒 Marketplace Management
- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
- Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images, A+ content)
- Ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, and catalog management
📦 Order & Operations Handling
- Monitor daily orders, dispatch, returns, and cancellations
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely fulfillment
- Track and improve order processing efficiency
📊 Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversions
- Monitor ad spend, ACOS/ROAS, and scale profitable campaigns
📈 Growth & Analytics
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and performance metrics
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies
- Work on increasing visibility, conversion rate, and revenue
🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, design, and supply chain teams
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and marketplaces
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Hands-on experience in marketplace ads & ROI optimization
- Good understanding of e-commerce analytics & reporting
- Experience in handling inventory, logistics & order tracking
- Data-driven mindset with focus on revenue growth
Preferred Background
- Experience in agriculture machinery / tools / hardware category is a plus
- Exposure to D2C website operations is an added advantage
