Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Manager, based in Gurugram. The Marketplace Manager will oversee online marketplaces, manage product listings, monitor inventory, and optimize content to enhance visibility and drive sales. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, managing vendor relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketplace Management, Vendor Relations, and Account Operations.
- Experience with Product Listing, Content Optimization, and Cataloging.
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Reporting.
- Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms and Digital Marketing Techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in marketplace management or e-commerce is an advantage.
