We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto and other online marketplaces.
The role will involve managing product listings, marketplace ads, account health, inventory, offers, reporting and growth strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, and should understand how to improve product visibility, conversion and profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace accounts
Create, optimise and maintain product listings
Run marketplace ads and promotional campaigns
Track sales, ROAS, ACOS, returns, ratings and account health
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock availability
Resolve listing suppressions, policy issues and seller account warnings
Plan deals, coupons, bundles and festive campaigns
Analyse SKU-level profitability and recommend price/offer changes
Prepare daily and weekly marketplace performance reports
Support onboarding on new platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Zepto or Blinkit
Requirements
2–5 years of marketplace management experience
Experience with Amazon and Flipkart is essential
Experience in personal care, wellness, beauty, nutrition or healthcare is preferred
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Understanding of marketplace ads and listing SEO
Ability to work with operations, design, content and finance teams
- Good ownership and problem-solving skills
