Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Listing Associate to manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product listings to ensure accurate product information, better visibility, and smooth marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and upload product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
- Update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock status across platforms.
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and policies.
- Monitor listing performance and resolve listing errors or suppression issues.
- Coordinate with catalog, warehouse, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Manage bulk uploads and catalog updates using Excel templates.
- Optimize product listings using keywords and category mapping.
- Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
- Prepare reports related to listings, inventory, and account performance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and product listing processes.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for listings.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in marketplace listing or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills and computer knowledge can also apply.
