Proven experience managing and growing marketplace businesses on Amazon and Flipkart for a D2C, FMCG, or digital-first brand.
•
Hands-on ownership of marketplace sales performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and business planning.
•
Experience managing end-to-end P&L for online marketplaces, with a strong understanding of key business levers impacting sales, margins, and profitability.
•
Demonstrated success in scaling Amazon and/or Flipkart businesses through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, promotions, visibility, and operational excellence.
•
Strong understanding of marketplace analytics and reporting, including Sales Reports, Inventory Reports, Advertising Reports, Financial Reports, and Business Performance Dashboards.
•
Experience working closely with category managers, account managers, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to drive business growth.
•
Good understanding of marketplace advertising, promotions, deal planning, and ROI optimization.
•
Ability to forecast demand, manage inventory health, improve fill rates, and minimize stock-outs.
