ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Marketplace Support Intern, you will assist the team in managing day-to-day operations on Amazon and other online marketplaces. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketplace workflows, including product listings, Amazon Storefront creation, order management, and cross-functional coordination while supporting smooth and efficient operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketplace Operations Support
- Assist in managing daily operational activities on Amazon and other assigned marketplaces.
- Product Listing & Storefront Management
- Support in creating new product listings and updating existing listings as required.
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing Amazon Storefront pages as per brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the design team for banners, creatives, and layout requirements for Storefronts.
- Order Tracking & Coordination
- Help track orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Issue Handling & Escalations
- Assist in handling basic marketplace-related queries, issues, and escalations under supervision.
- Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with design, operations, and other internal teams for required marketplace support.
- Data & Process Support
- Maintain basic records related to listings, orders, Storefront updates, and operational tasks while following marketplace guidelines and internal processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Essential
- Students or fresh graduates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central (Storefront knowledge is a plus).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
