The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketplace Integrations Specialist to lead the integration of our brands into major marketplaces.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll be responsible for connecting Shopify and Linnworks-based businesses to platforms like Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and more — ensuring everything runs smoothly from product sync to order flow.
You must have proven experience in integrations — this is not a junior or learning role.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate Shopify stores with Linnworks and multiple marketplaces
- Set up and manage integrations for platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, OnBuy, etc.
- Ensure accurate product listings, inventory sync, and order management flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams across paid media, operations, and development
- Optimise workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across brands
- Maintain documentation and best practices for all integrations
Requirements
- Proven experience with eCommerce integrations (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Linnworks
- Experience integrating with major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Understanding of inventory management, order flows, and product data structures
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Experience with APIs or middleware tools
- Comfortable working remotely with a UK-based team (UK hours required)
Preferred
- Familiarity with ERP or OMS systems
- Previous experience working with multi-brand or high-volume eCommerce businesses
