We are looking for a highly driven Marketplace Growth Manager to lead and scale Aurawill’s presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and D2C channels.
This role is ideal for someone with strong marketplace expertise, an ownership mindset, and the ability to drive growth, visibility, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and D2C channels
* Handle product onboarding, catalog management, listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility optimisation to drive sales growth and platform performance
* Monitor daily sales, inventory movement, margins, ROAS, and operational KPIs while ensuring stock availability and fulfilment efficiency
* Coordinate with platform account managers, external partners, and internal teams including marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and creative for seamless execution
* Analyse platform data, generate actionable insights, and implement growth strategies to improve performance and profitability
* Plan and execute campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional activities while staying updated with marketplace trends and platform developments
Requirements
* 3–5 years of strong experience in end-to-end handling of E-Commerce and Quick Commerce for a D2C brand
* Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or D2C platforms
* Strong marketplace operations and analytical skills
* High ownership and execution mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* D2C or health mix brand experience is a plus
* Immediate Joiners Preferred
