We’re Hiring: Head of Marketplace Growth
Location: Remote | Full-Time
Wellness Extract is looking for a strategic and growth-driven leader to scale our global marketplace business across Amazon and other leading platforms.
As the Head of Marketplace Growth, you will take full ownership of marketplace P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational scalability, and expansion across global marketplaces. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who thinks like a business owner and can build scalable systems for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end marketplace business performance across Amazon and other marketplaces
• Drive marketplace growth strategy, pricing, bundling, and SKU expansion initiatives
• Lead advertising and performance marketing strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads
• Improve conversion rates, customer experience, and marketplace positioning
• Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and profitability optimization
• Evaluate and scale expansion opportunities across additional marketplaces such as Walmart
• Lead and mentor marketplace teams while driving execution excellence and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
• 6–10+ years of experience in Amazon or marketplace growth roles
• Proven experience managing marketplace revenue and profitability
• Strong understanding of TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and contribution margins
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and marketplace advertising ecosystems
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities
• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or consumer brands is preferred
