Role Description

The Marketplace Growth Associate – Flipkart is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The individual will be responsible for driving growth and sales on Flipkart by managing seller accounts, formulating strategies, and optimizing product performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analysis to identify trends, improving product visibility, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing promotional campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and customer interactions
• Proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques to enhance marketplace presence and sales
• Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Effective Project Management capabilities to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Flipkart, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred
