Brief Job Description
No Fluff is seeking a skilled Marketplace Executive to join our core team and work closely with our remote global team. This role is ideal for digital marketers who have mastered the fundamentals across India's leading e-commerce platforms and are ready to step into a more strategic function.
You'll bridge hands-on execution with high-level planning, driving growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) while collaborating cross-functionally with external stakeholders and strengthening advanced account management capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms for multiple product lines
- Lead advanced ad campaign management across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Flipkart Ads (PCA, PLA, Brand Ads), and quick commerce ad networks
- Develop and optimise product listings with conversion-focused copywriting and platform-specific SEO best practices
- Conduct strategic A/B testing of advertising campaigns and product content across channels
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals, coupons, Flipkart Big Billion Day activations, and quick commerce visibility slots
Account Optimization & Growth:
- Manage product catalogue optimisation, A+ Content on Amazon, and Rich Media on Flipkart
- Drive Buy Box performance, Flipkart Assured eligibility, and share-of-shelf improvements on quick commerce apps
- Implement keyword research and competitive analysis strategies tailored to each platform's algorithm
- Monitor and optimise inventory performance metrics, including dark store availability and fill rates on quick commerce
- Develop and maintain brand protection strategies across all marketplaces
Analytics & Reporting:
- Create comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights across all marketplace channels
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Track and optimise key performance metrics across all campaigns and platforms
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management and clients
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for multiple accounts and channels
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in marketplace marketing and campaign management
- Advanced proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and at least one quick commerce seller platform (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or BigBasket)
- Working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads Manager, and quick commerce ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and performance marketing tools
- Proven track record of improving product rankings and driving sales growth across multiple marketplaces
- Deep understanding of Indian e-commerce marketplace dynamics, quick commerce buyer behaviour, and platform-specific best practices
- Experience in managing multiple brands or product lines simultaneously
- Strong project management and communication skills

- Work Location: Remote
- Shift: UK 9 AM - 5 PM (Non-negotiable)
