Marketplace Operations:
- Manage complete operations for Myntra & Nykaa seller panels on a daily basis
- Process all incoming orders within defined TAT and ensure timely dispatch coordination with warehouse
- Monitor order status (Confirmed / Packed / Shipped / Delivered) and resolve delays proactively
Returns, RTO & Claims Management:
Inventory Management (OMS – OMS Guru):
- Maintain daily inventory reconciliation between Warehouse, OMS (OMS Guru), and marketplaces
- Identify and resolve stock mismatches, negative inventory, and blocked stock
- Ensure accurate stock sync across all platforms
Cataloging & Listing Management:
- Ensure accurate SKU mapping and listing management
- Maintain correct product details, pricing, and stock updates
- Prepare attribute sheets for new products including:
- Product titles
- Keywords (SEO optimized)
- Attributes (fabric, color, size, etc.)
- Category mapping
- Coordinate for new product uploads and listing corrections
Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate with warehouse team for correct picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure proper tagging & labeling as per marketplace guidelines
- Perform dispatch quality checks to reduce returns
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track key metrics:
- Return %
- RTO %
- Order processing TAT
- Claim recovery value
- Prepare and share weekly reports on:
- Sales performance
- Returns & RTO analysis
- Inventory status
