Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Marketplace/Ecommerce Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online marketplace accounts, overseeing sales performance, optimizing product listings, analyzing market trends, and driving customer engagement. The role also includes coordinating with teams for inventory management, running promotional campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer service that aligns with the company’s standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in E-Commerce and Sales to manage marketplace accounts and drive growth.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills for enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting market and sales data to inform strategies and improve performance.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and tools commonly used in eCommerce management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
