About The Role
As we continue expanding our presence on Amazon, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Associate to support and manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
● Knowledge of order, SKU, and fulfillment management.
● Experience with tracking updates, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
● Understanding of Amazon policies, A-to-Z Claims, and Seller Feedback.
● Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written communication skills.
● Ability to follow SOPs and meet operational targets.
● Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for productivity and communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
● 1–3 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central or marketplace operations.
● Basic understanding of Amazon listings, FBA/FBM operations, and PPC advertising.
● Strong analytical and Excel skills.
● Good communication and coordination abilities.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with Amazon Canada or US marketplaces.
● Familiarity with tools such as Helium10 or similar platforms.
● Experience in e-commerce, retail, or multi-SKU businesses is a plus.
