About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Account to manage and grow our presence on leading fashion and beauty platforms including Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for store setup, catalog management, campaign execution, and performance optimization to drive sales and brand visibility across these marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities1. Store Creation & Setup
- Create and manage brand storefronts on Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa
- Ensure brand consistency across banners, creatives, and content
- Coordinate with design/content teams for high-quality visuals
2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords)
- Manage product variations (size, color, etc.)
- Handle pricing, inventory updates, and catalog hygiene
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific listing guidelines
3. Account Management & Operations
- Oversee daily operations across all three platforms
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and returns handling
- Resolve listing issues, penalties, or account-related escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning and replenishment
4. Campaign Management & Performance Optimization
- Plan and execute platform campaigns such as:
- End of Reason Sale (Myntra)
- Ajio Big Bold Sale
- Nykaa Sale Events
- Manage ads (Myntra Ads, Ajio Ads, Nykaa Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for better ROI (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS)
- Maintain strong account health metrics
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales performance, inventory movement, and campaign results
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize underperforming areas
6. Customer Experience & Compliance
- Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback
- Maintain brand reputation across platforms
- Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies and guidelines
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing Myntra, Ajio, or Nykaa seller accounts
- Hands-on experience with:
- Myntra Partner Portal
- Ajio Seller Central
- Nykaa Seller Panel
- Strong understanding of cataloging, returns, logistics, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion or beauty e-commerce
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Basic understanding of performance marketing (ads & promotions)
