💼 Role 1: Technical Sales Telecalling Consultant
We are looking for energetic professionals who can combine technical understanding with consultative sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct online product demonstrations
✔ Manage and nurture SI partners & dealer networks
✔ Handle lead closures, payment follow-ups & account engagement
✔ Conduct technical/sales training programs
✔ Coordinate virtual & hybrid partner events
✔ Manage renewal business and customer retention
Preferred Skills:
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Technical aptitude in software/hardware products
✔ Consultative sales mindset
✔ Fluent in English & Hindi
✔ Bengali proficiency is a plus

📢 Role 2: Marketing Head
Lead the strategic growth and brand positioning of Reticen8 Technologies across digital and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Inside Sales strategy
✔ Drive digital marketing campaigns
✔ Create technical & social media content
✔ Build marketing calendars with SI partners
✔ Oversee brand communication & visibility
✔ Align marketing efforts with business growth
Preferred Skills:
✔ Experience in digital marketing & lead generation
✔ SEO / SEM knowledge
✔ Team leadership & strategic planning
✔ Strong creative and content management ability
