Job Summary
The Marketing Technology Analyst will provide consultation, execution, and administration of the Digital Content Management System (CMS) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in support of web application development and run support. This role will partner with UX and IT Development teams during new capability enhancement and development efforts. As part of the Marketing Technology team, the Analyst will dedicate their responsibilities to provide the best-in-class platforms, services and consulting to enable a broad set of business goals using digital marketing technologies.
Essential Job Functions
- Leverage existing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities including content fragment models and content fragments in support of a headless and headful based web and mobile application. - (30%)
- Define new taxonomy, content fragment models, content fragments, etc. to support new web experiences in a headless environment, as required. - (30%)
- Partner with UX, and IT leadership, internal business stakeholders and vendors to maintain and improve support and scalability of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - (10%)
- Translate UX designs into actionable and supportable strategy and functional design. - (10%)
- Monitor data quality within digital marketing technology products. - (5%)
- Partner with UX and development teams within an Agile environment. - (5%)
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing alongside development and IT QA teams for new feature development. - (5%)
- Develop strong business relationships with internal clients, IT, UX, Analytics, Compliance, Information Security and Marketing teams. Partner with IT Run teams to provide CMS production support activities and answer questions. - (5%)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of experience using enterprise class content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience translating a multitude of different requirements (UX, Marketing, Testing & Optimization, Digital Analytics, etc.) into appropriate digital deliverables.

- Adobe Experience Manager Sites Content Author Credential Adobe
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets.
- Experience with enterprise class digital experience platforms.
- Experience with authoring headless digital experience applications.
