Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Indore, with some flexibility for remote work, for a Marketing Team Member. The individual in this role will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the company’s sales efforts. They will collaborate with various teams to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy development to build and execute impactful campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and data analysis platforms is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
